What is the Diesel AK and Who we are?

I'm a beginner, can I join?

Absolutely! In fact most of our students started with no martial art experience at all. We all have to start somewhere.

What are minimum ages for kids?

Jiu Jitsu, 7 years old
MMA and Muay Thai, 6 years old
kids from 14-16 years can attend adult Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu classes after consultation with coaches.

Yes you can! Follow these stepsand you will have a 7 day trial. You will not be paying any membership fees for 7 days. If you wish to cancel, send us a WhatsApp Message and you'll not roll on to a contract. Even after you started your contract, you can still cancel within 14 days.

*If you do choose the cancel within the first 14 days, Diesel AK reserves the right to charge a fair rate for the classes that you took during that period i.e. they will be charged at £20/session.

What do you need for your first session?

Essentially at a bare minimum you need shorts and t-shirt. However, you need to avoid loose clothing and anything with pockets – we don’t want fingers and toes getting caught up while you are rolling around. You can order rashguards, gym shirts and various training Shorts from our online store DGFightwear.com.

What classes can Ladies only membership attend?

Ladies only membership can attend:

Sunday noon: Yoga
Sunday evening: Ladies Only Muay Thai
Tuesday evening: 10th Planet Jiu-jitsu
Thursday evening: Mixed gender Muay Thai

Why does my App ask me to Pay?

When I sign up to class, the App says that I'm not a member and asks me to pay. But I have already paid my membership.

Are there any concessionary discounts?

Yes, for NHS, key workers and full time students there is a concessionary discount of £70 per month membership. You will need to take a selfie while olding any valid ID and send us a WhatsApp Message.
