Muay Thai Equipments

For your first trial class you can just come with anything sporty i.e. t-shirt and shorts (no zips please!). We recommend you to bring a bottle of water. You can borrow boxing gloves and shin guards from us for your first class althought we recommend that you bring at least your own gloves.

Beyond your first class please bring the below

Hand Wraps
Shin Guards
Mouth Guard (For sparing only)Either cheap ones that moulds using hot water or better, get anOprofitted one
Groin guard (Optional/For sparing only)
